We, at ARMAAN ETHNIC, make all commercial and reasonable endeavours to ensure that Products are delivered to the Users in a timely fashion. Users are required to peruse and understand the terms contained in this Delivery Policy. 1. All products are shipped from the warehouse located in Delhi (India) to the respective shipping address(s) provided by the user/customer/purchaser. Outfits will be delivered within 3-5 Working days within india and 15-20 days outside the india. As we endeavor to deliver our products all across World, we partner with third-party courier services providers viz. Delhivery/ FedEx /Blue Dart/ DTDC/ DHL, etc. (“Courier Partners”) to effectuate delivery. Details of delivery partners will be provided to the users upon the purchased product being handed over to the delivery partner by ARMAAN ETHNIC.

2. Users are to provide complete street addresses along with their PIN code details at the time of placing the purchase order.
3. Our orders are processed on weekdays i.e., from Monday to Saturday, excluding national or declared holidays.
4. In case you book multiple products and services in one transaction, efforts will be made to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible. Furthermore, we process to only one shipping address per order, therefore, in case, any customer places an order of several items to be shipped to different address(es), each address shall be treated as a separate order.
5. We do not ship to Post Office Box address(es) and do not take any responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case an order is delivered to O. Box and not received by the customer.

7. Keeping in view the ease of delivery, our courier partners will make three (3) delivery attempts at the address specified by the user or customer, and thereafter if the order/ package remains undelivered, our courier partners will inform us regarding the said non-delivery.
8. We aim to keep stock of all products listed on our website. In case you have made a custom order for a product that is unavailable it would take longer to deliver. We will make proactive attempts to communicate with the User about the status of the order on his/her registered mobile number or email address.
9. ARMAAN ETHNIC will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at the customer's address by the postal / courier agency.
10. Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may Email us your alteration request and the needful will be done.
11. Currently option to have Multiple Address Order is not available. However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place multiple orders.
12. Courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible for paying re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
13. You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 3-5 business days in india and outside the india 15-20 business days of placing the order.
14. At times, due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. Refunds, Returns, Replacements & Exchange would not be entertained in case of such scenarios. However, benefits such as Store Credit would be provided on a case-to-case basis. These can be used for future shopping on the site.
15. Upon order confirmation, we provide the User with a tracking number for the order via Email and SMS. Your orders can be conveniently tracked through the Online Tracking Facility on our website under “Track Order” in the My Account section. International shipping

 ARMAAN ETHNIC ships to any street address in India or abroad. We ship orders via international delivery partners like DHL / FEDEX. All products are dispatched from our warehouse located in Delhi, India and are dispatched in the minimum possible time. Shipping and Delivery timings may vary depending upon the working hours of the concerned country and the policies of our courier partners.

We do not charge any custom/ Import Duty Fee and it's not included in our order process. Charges such as Custom or Import Duties, Local Sales Tax, and Clearance charges are not in our or any seller's control and are determined by the respective local government bodies. So, buyers/ importers are liable to pay customs or Import Duties, Local Sales Tax, and Clearance charges as per the rules of their country. ANY CUSTOMS DUTIES OR TAXES THAT ARE ASSESSED BY THE RELEVANT AUTHORITY MUST BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER.
